Now that your registration is complete, you can upload your manuscripts and covers directly to the Lavender Hills marketing platform.

Complete the appropriate sections with the information requested.  Load your files and make sure your manuscript matches your book's genre.

Once the submission button is pressed, it generally takes approximately 72 hours to process.

It's essential you use the same email address and name you used for your registration.

This is the key listed on your confirmation when you registered to use the platform.  You will find it in the email sent to you confirming your successful registration.




This serves as your book's product description, providing potential buyers with information about its content.  (Max 100 words)

If you don't have an ASIN number for your book, don't worry.  However, the ASIN just won't show on your product page.



Publication Price (Selling Price (GBP)). If your publication is an advisory publication, i.e. a free issue, simply place the word 'FREE' in the box instead of a value.

We charge a one-time annual fee of £5.00 (or equivalent in other standardised currencies), no print costs, free delivery, and definitely no reproduction costs outside the basic presentation during the sales process.

















Please note: The maximum file size for uploads is 40 MB. If your file is larger, you can upload a compressed .zip file.

You Will Need Requirements
Your Manuscript: If you manuscript is print ready we prefer PDF. But you can upload a doc or docx file.
Front Cover: Your Front Cover should: Be presented as PNG or JPG. Measure not less than 6" x 9". Contain: The title, the writers name or pseudonym with a clear 1:1 graphic.
Back Cover: Your back cover should: Be presented as PNG or JPG. Measure not less than 6" x 9". Contain: The title, details relating to the content, and a short summery of the Authors background.
Upload Key: At the point of registration you were given a personal upload key. You will be reqired to enter this on every upload.
